On Thursday 16th Oct 2025 we plan to upgrade our AWS RDS Postgres instance version. The upgrade will follow standard AWS RDS upgrade plan using the primary and secondary nodes which will be gradually upgraded. The Dataddo service should not be affected. However, due to the fact that the postgres db is an essential key part of our infrastructure, We decided to pause the action processing during the process of the DB upgrade to mitigate the possible (but unexpected) action processing failures. After the upgrade, all paused actions will be processed.
