  We have successfully resolved the recent incident resulting malformed data (null values) being produced during data extraction processes. While the issue has been addressed, clients using the Insert write mode may need to delete the written null values from their destinations and extract any missing data.
  We have made the necessary steps to avoid such scenarios in the future.

  We fixed the root cause and restarted affected extractions and follwoing flows which have truncate_insert or upsert write mode configured.

  We will keep monitoring all actions closely now.

  Since yesterday, October 2nd, 9:30 AM, we have experienced issues which resulted some extractions returning null values. We have now resolved this issue and working on minimising the impact on customer flows.
  The write operations which are using insert method are impacted.
  Truncate insert jobs inserted null values - jobs will fully re-run with no impact to customer.
  Upsert jobs did not inserted any data - jobs will fully re-run with no impact to customer.
  Insert jobs inserted null values - jobs will re-run however customers need to clean null values manually.
